SESSION PREPARATION
To ensure a successful and well-structured training session, all administrators must adhere to the following preparation guidelines:
CO-HOST REQUIREMENT
- A maximum of two Co-Hosts is allowed per training session.
- Co-Hosts must hold the rank of Chairperson+ to be eligible.
ATTENDANCE & PASSING REQUIREMENTS
- There is currently no minimum passing or attendance count requirement.
- This policy may be subject to change in the future.
FAILED TRAINING SESSIONS
- If a training session fails for any reason, it will not count toward any quota.
- It is essential to report failed trainings properly to maintain transparency.
CLAIMING A SESSION
- Each host shall claim their session-slot through BloxCord before conducting a session.
- This ensures organized scheduling and prevents conflicts between multiple training sessions.
ANNOUNCING THE SESSION
- To maximize participation, you MUST make a total of THREE ANNOUNCEMENTS at the beginning of your training. Use the following format for your announcements:
h ALL STAFF! THERE IS A TRAINING BEING CONDUCTED IN THE SESSION ROOM!
PLEASE GO TO THE SESSION ROOM FOR A POSSIBLE CHANCE AT A PROMOTION.
- Announcements should be made at three intervals to allow all staff to join before the session starts.
INTRODUCING THE HOST & CO-HOST
To begin the session, the Host and Co-Host should properly introduce themselves to all attendees before explaining the session rules.
HOST INTRODUCTION:
HOST: Hello! My name is [USERNAME], and I will be your host for today’s training session.
CO-HOST INTRODUCTION:
CO-HOST: Hello! My name is [USERNAME], and I will be co-hosting this training session.
SESSION RULES
The Host should clearly outline the rules and expectations to ensure an organized and efficient session.
HOST: We will now go over a few important rules that you must follow to pass today’s training session.
1) You must refer to me and my Co-Host by our ranks at all times.
2) Don’t go AFK (Away From Keyboard) without permission; notify session administration if it is urgent
3) Do not use PTS, (Permission To Speak), whilst a member of Session Administration is speaking.
4) Do not ask for promotions or rank changes.
5) Remain respectful to every member. Not following this rule may result in a dismissal or higher punishment.
6) If you require assistance, come to me, my Co-host or any helper.
7) Without further ado, let's get started with today's session.
The first phase will be the questioning round. The Host or Co-Host will privately message each attendee two questions from the selection below.
HOST / CO-HOST: We will now begin the first phase: Questions! I will send each of you a private message containing two questions. You will have 180 seconds to submit your responses.
HOST / CO-HOST: Please ensure that all responses are sent via private message within the given time limit.
-
Once time is up, the Host or Co-Host should announce it and instruct attendees to submit any remaining responses.
-
The Host or Co-Host should then review responses and state the correct answers for the two questions asked.
-
All passing attendees must be marked in BloxCord.
QUESTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM (PICK 2)
- What would you do if you witnessed an abuser in-game?
- In what situation would you use a taser?
- What is the function of handcuffs?
- What is the purpose of the mod-call system?
- When should you use lethal force on inmates?
- In what scenario would you utilize the lockdown system?
You may choose your own questions if the session supervisor approves them.
HOST / CO-HOST: The second phase of this session is the Scenarios. In this phase, we will test your knowledge of the rules, comprehension, grammar, and how correctly you answer the questions.
HOST / CO-HOST: Before we begin, I’d like to go over three important rules that will help you increase your chances of passing the phase.
HOST / CO-HOST:
-
DO NOT actually kill the inmates; instead, use verbal commands like -Shoots- as an alternative.
-
DO NOT step outside the yellow box, as doing so will result in an immediate failure.
-
The only permitted tools are handcuffs, taser, glock, and riot-shield.
HOST / CO-HOST: Each of you will be assigned a scenario. You must respond correctly based on the situation demonstrated by the helpers.
-
Ensure that a Community Advisory Council+ team helper is assigned to the inmate team.
-
Make sure the line of attendees on both sides of the session room is nearly equal. Once the scenario is completed, return the participants to the STS line.
-
Helpers must make sure to mark their responses in BloxCord.
CHOOSE ONE OF THE SCENARIOS PER ATTENDEE:
- Shoots gun in cellblock
- Exploits
- Punches
- Crosses red line
- Uses keycard to escape
- Cross teams
- AFK farms
- Plays bypassed audio
- Disrespects
-
Ensure that all attendees are back in the session room and seated.
-
Attendees will be called up one by one, in the order they are ready. A member of the session administration should stand on the red line to the left of the screen, where session administration typically stands.
-
All attendees should be assigned to the “Inmate” team and must remain at the STS line until they are called up. Please ensure that helpers are ready to assist and that any adjustments to team composition are made before the session begins.
HOST / CO-HOST: Welcome to the final phase of the session: Accuracy. In this phase, you will be called up one by one to test your taser accuracy on an inmate. Each of you will have three attempts to hit the inmate with your taser. The countdown will begin at 3.
HOST / CO-HOST: After your turn, please return to the opposite side of the room, away from the other attendees, and wait until the next person is called up.
HOST / CO-HOST: We are now ready to begin calling you up. Please be prepared!
HOST / CO-HOST: Make sure to equip and reload your taser before stepping up!

Fire!
-
Repeat the process for three attempts, giving clear feedback and ensuring all attendees get their turn.
-
If an attendee successfully hits the inmate before their third try, mark them as having passed and move them back to the opposite side. If they fail to hit after three attempts, they will be required to try again or be marked as having not passed the accuracy test.
-
Ensure that all actions are clearly noted and documented in BloxCord to track progress.
HOST / CO-HOST: Once you’ve completed your accuracy test, please proceed to the opposite side and wait for your turn. We’ll now continue calling up attendees, one at a time.
- Continue this process until all attendees have completed the accuracy phase.
HOST: Congratulations to everyone for making it through all four phases! You’ve put in a lot of effort, and now it’s time to wrap up. Before we announce the passers, let’s take a quick session photo!
- Ensure all participants are positioned appropriately for the photo. Announce when the photo has been taken.
HOST: The photo has been taken! Now, let’s move on to announcing those who have passed today’s session. Please join me in congratulating the following users!
- HOST: (Read out the passers’ names and ranks, using the appropriate format as indicated by the supervisor)
Examples of Format:
- KC11_KFC11 [SI]
- KC11_KFC11 [CD]
- KC11_KFC11 [W-SI]
HOST: The maximum promotion for this session is from Warden to Superintendent. The supervisor will handle all ranking, logging, and give you the final list of passers and cooldowns.
HOST: That wraps up today’s session! Congratulations to all those who passed. For those who didn’t make it this time, better luck next time. It’s been a pleasure hosting this session with all of you!
CO-HOST: A huge well done from me as well! I hope to see you all next time. Dismissed!
HOST: Alright, the session is officially over! Please leave the session room. For those who passed, don’t forget to use the !rejoin command to gain your new rank!
The session is now officially over. All attendees should exit the session room. If they have passed, they should use the !rejoin command to receive their new rank(s).
Reminders:
- Ensure that the SRLock is disabled.
- Confirm that the supervisor has provided feedback.
- Ensure that the session is logged in the Training logs for documentation.
